I can relate, if a place is snowy but not in a pretty snowy way like Vail or Whistler then I’m not interested.
I don’t want your depressed snow.

I live in Pittsburgh. It snowed last night. It is beautiful. It is a few inches of wet heavy snow. It is sticking to everything and looks like a Bob Ross snow scene.

You gave up the chance to hoon a rental car in the snow?!

We got at least an inch here in Indianapolis yesterday. Beautiful sight. It’s the 3rd time it has snowed here since the official start of Spring, which may have equaled or exceeded the entire snowfall for Winter

My buddy is at Pitt and said it was supposed to be 61 today. That would seriously mess with my body and my mind.

It was 60 F on Saturday. It is supposed to go up to 50 F today as of this morning. Right now it is 34 F, so the snow is slowly melting.

there are mountains in NY and the surrounding areas like Vermont and Pennsylvania.
this is near where my dad still lives:
Winter in Michigan and all the other flat gross midwest states is awful though

Nothing wrong with those to be fair... Just not known for skiing outside the US... The most “pro skier” place for latin americans is probably Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Literally the drive time I drove a car on the road it was snowing. There was probably that much accumulation when I started but it was coming down.
I’ll never forget the fear I felt as I understeered down a hill and completely missed a right hand turn the Driver’s Ed told me to make.
